7 tests you must pass before you claim fitness

You may be able to sit in a squat position, raise your body weight and perform some other exercise but this does not mean that you are in full fitness.

According to a report published in the British newspaper "Independent", there is a list of hard exercises that need to be able to complete before you really claim that you are in a better shape.
